Golfer
Choose Golferif you're a player who wants to track performance, browse coach catalogs, review recorded appointments, use supported fitting workflows, and manage your equipment in one place. Your dashboard centres around your data, schedule, and bag.
Coach
Choose Coach if you teach golf and want to use the current coach beta. Consent-bound student workspaces and messaging, coach-created unpaid one-to-one scheduling, appointment history, calendar views, service catalogs, and review of swing video a golfer explicitly shares are available in the current coach beta. Public, guest, and golfer self-booking, rescheduling, group coaching, checkout, paid entitlements, payouts, memberships, private notes, published recaps, assignments, programs, and goal-linked progress are not available yet. Swing video review covers only the clips a golfer shares one at a time; a coach never has access to a golfer's video library.
Club Fitter
Choose Club Fitter if you run fittings. You get a fittings workflow, inventory management, orders and invoicing, configurable services, and analytics across your fittings business.
Facility
Choose Facility if you operate a range, indoor centre, or club where you sell services and manage members. Your dashboard covers facility setup, bays, services, scheduling, members, and payments.
Administrator
Administrator accounts are created by the ParLinksPro team and used by platform staff for managing users, businesses, subscriptions, and payments across the platform.
Switching or adding roles
Each account has a primary role. If your needs change — for example a golfer who later opens a coaching practice — contact support and we'll help you register the appropriate business account or convert your current account.
